2006 was the year I co-founded the creative agency, John Weston Group. I’ve made a few discoveries since then.
First: People. People are the key on all sides of any project. My clients believe in their vision. I meet them in dialogue to ensure that this vision speaks through an emotionally-resonant and commercially-effective advertising strategy.
Second: Dreams. I’m a passionate guy. I’m the guy who’s not afraid to dream big for my clients. Having an F-16 star in a film, photo shoots on the Island of Zanzibar, or launching an acting school in London - these are all dreams come true. My creative agency’s international team works together to pull off the amazing.
Third: Value. My strategy for any campaign is always aligned to a client’s business goals. Ultimately, my solution needs to bear fruit and bring a win, whether it’s revenue or employee well-being. This is what drives the creative from day one. I have worked with a variety brands, from brand new start-ups to well-established multinationals.
