Co-Founder & CEO of John Weston Group, a global creative company building world class brands at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, technology, and execution.

I advise founders, CEOs, CMOs, and leadership teams on modern brand building, communication, positioning, and narrative strategy, backed by an international creative agency built to execute at the highest level.

Early in my journey, I travelled across Europe, Africa, North and South America studying different approaches to branding, perception, and identity. Over time, I realised that most companies don’t struggle because of a lack of marketing, they struggle because their vision, communication, and internal narrative are not fully aligned.

That observation became The Black Horse Method, a strategic narrative framework for brands, products, services, and people.

Today, I work directly with leadership teams, helping transform complex ideas into coherent brands and stories people can understand, trust, and believe in.
