PwC Festival of Colors was one of those projects that reminded me why I love creating experiences for people.
Together with the teams at John Weston Group and PwC, we created a large scale wellbeing focused experience for nearly 1,000 employees from over 100 countries. From the beginning, I wanted this event to feel less like a corporate gathering and more like a living story about diversity, energy and human connection.
The idea behind the project was simple: Colors speak all languages.
As Creative Lead, I created the vision and emotional direction for the entire experience. What made this project truly special was watching that vision evolve through the incredible work of the John Weston Group team and the openness of the PwC team, who brought their own perspective, expectations and leadership goals into the process.
Together, we developed the event concept, creative scripting, workshop zones, scenography and the flow of the entire experience.
The event combined storytelling, mindfulness, AI generated music, VR experiences, live performances and collaborative art installations into one connected world. One of the most beautiful moments for me was watching people from completely different cultures create together naturally, without barriers, through rhythm, movement and emotion.
Projects like this are never created alone. They happen when clients are open enough to trust creativity, and when talented people decide to build something together. I’m grateful to the PwC team and everyone at John Weston Group who helped turn this idea into a real experience.
