Nicole Mullikin, Global Talent Intelligence and Operations at Align Technology, invited us to work on creating a global storytelling strategy focusing on employer branding. The work was done remotely from Europe, and we recall that our whole team had to adjust to different time zones. It was a truly amazing collaboration with our California team :)
The Align team had already created the EVP (Employee Value Proposition). Our goal was to create a complimentary storytelling strategy focused on employer branding.
Creative ideas were directed towards current and future employees of Align.
We developed a complete plan and project schedule for implementation.
I was impressed by both Align as a company and the entire team we worked with. It was a great experience and adventure.
